To receive the sign-up for the release please ensure you have registered for Wallaceton. If you have not yet registered, you can register here: Community Registration
How This Virtual Release Will Work:
If you are interested in the upcoming release at Wallaceton:
- The link to the sign-up page will go LIVE at 10:00am on Saturday, October 2nd. If you click on the link before 10:00am the page will state that it is not currently accepting responses.
- We will be emailing you the sign-up link at approximately 9:30am on Saturday, October 2nd.
- You MUST be registered for the Wallaceton community by 9:00am on Saturday, October 2nd in order to receive the sign-up link.
- Our Sales Professionals will begin calling through the list in order at approximately 10:15am to reserve your lot. Please ensure that you are available on the release weekend for their call. If they cannot get in touch with you within 5 minutes, they will have to move on to the next person.
- Please note that our Sales Professionals will only be able to call the first 30 people in line on the release weekend. If you do not get a call on the release weekend you will remain on the list in order and our Sales Professionals will continue to call through the list until all the lots are sold in the following weeks.

- Our goal is to provide a fair release process to everyone interested in purchasing a Fusion Home. Any individuals suspected of attempting to gain an unfair advantage to secure a home, will result in that individual being banned from purchasing. If you are using a realtor who attempts to use any unfair methods, including, but not limited to, the use of bots, your spot in line will not be honored as it was obtained unfairly.
