In his current role, Raj is focused on Fusion Homes’ digital transformation journey to support the organization’s growth plan and strategic vision. He oversees and heads the Information Technology department, acting as a key liaison, bridging the path between the business and technology teams. Raj aims to use advanced technology and streamlined processes to empower individuals in the company, contributing to the success of the organization’s digital transformation plans.
Raj is a Certified Lean Six Sigma professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Technology Management from Ryerson University. His 13+ year career extends across a diverse set of industries including Banking, Food Service, Retail, Grocery, Residential and Commercial Construction. Over the years he has successfully implemented strategic Business, Technology and Data Management initiatives supporting Finance & Accounting, Procurement & Supply Chain, Compliance & Risk Management, and Real Estate & Construction.
Beyond his professional commitments and accomplishments, Raj enjoys indulging in pizza and pasta as his favourite choice of food and loves to spend time with his beautiful wife and three loving and energetic boys.
