Josh Shilling, Director of Project Management, is a driving force behind the development and growth of the Project Management team within the company.
Having embarked on his journey with Fusion Homes as the Site Personnel within the construction division in 2014, Josh has impressively worked his way up through his dedication and exceptional work ethic. Josh was instrumental in assisting with outsourcing the builds of our stacked townhomes and is a prime example of our value “Own your Growth” as he consistently challenges himself to learn new tasks and skills, going above and beyond the scope of his role.
In his current role, Josh oversees the Project Management team, which is responsible for the outsourcing of all our midrise and high-rise projects, as well as all our subdivision approvals, rezoning approvals and site plan approvals. Under Josh’s leadership, the Project Management team has flourished, attaining new heights of proficiency and effectiveness in overseeing Fusion Homes’ diverse portfolio of projects.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and is consistently looking to advance his skills and knowledge in computer engineering and software development.
