Jennifer Avelar, Director of Sales & Design, has a passion for creating exceptional, end-to-end customer experiences. Jennifer began her career with Fusion Homes in 2013 as a Sales Professional and quickly advanced to Director of Sales within just two years. Since 2015, her role has continued to expand, and she now leads the core departments of Sales and Design with a strong focus on leadership, strategy, and operational excellence.
In her current role, Jennifer oversees the entire customer journey – from first interaction through closing – ensuring every Fusion customer has an unparalleled experience in their new home journey. Her responsibilities include overseeing the sales process, guiding interior selections, designing model homes, and managing Fusion’s upgrade program, all while maintaining a strong customer-centric lens.
Raised in a real estate family, Jennifer developed an early passion for the industry and obtained her Ontario Real Estate License in 2003. She has spent her career in new home development, working with multiple builders before joining Fusion Homes. Over the years, she has been directly involved in the sale of thousands of homes across multiple cities, bringing deep market knowledge and practical insight to her leadership role today.
Jennifer is deeply passionate about real estate, design, customer experience, process optimization, and strategic growth. She is equally committed to developing and empowering her team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Outside of work, Jennifer finds joy in sharing moments with her two children.
