Adam Hummel, our Director of Construction & Customer Care, has played a crucial role in our customer journey since 2012, continuously seeking enhancements to our on-site operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience and delivery of deficiency-free homes, and quick response times on service.
In his role as Director of Construction & Customer Care, Adam oversees Fusion’s low-rise construction division and supervises the quality control teams for our stacked and high-rise divisions and also oversees our Customer Care team after the home closes. With an unwavering commitment to prioritizing customer experience, Adam focuses on delivering homes that are high quality, free of deficiencies and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the entire build process and after the home closes. He is passionate about coaching his team to consistently raise the bar when it comes to quality and customer service and is always dedicated to ensuring a safe work environment and engaging employee experience for our team members each and every day.
With over 20 years of residential construction experience, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge in custom fine furniture, carpentry, renovations, and comprehensive home construction. Adam gained invaluable insights into every aspect of the build process, transitioning seamlessly from trade work to Site Supervisor responsibilities and ultimately delivering top-notch finished products to satisfied customers.
Outside of work, Adam finds joy in everything sports and his passion for fitness, as well as spending quality time with his family.
