Our model home, located at 43 Everton Drive, Guelph will open at 12 p.m. noon for the release. At the release, we will be reserving lots on a first-come, first-served basis, and will book your appointment to complete your Agreement of Purchase and Sale (APS).
To complete your reservation, please bring a valid ID for the purchaser and a deposit in the amount of $5,000 with you on the day of the release. For a full list of requirements, please read the list of Rules and Regulations to ensure you have the required materials to complete your reservation on the release weekend.
We recommend that you have your primary choice of lot chosen, as well as a backup ready, in case your first choice was selected by someone else.
Due to the limited number of lots, please note that if you are unable to reserve a lot in this release, we will still collect your contact information in order of arrival. If a lot does become available after the release, our Sales Professionals will be referring to the sign-up list generated from individuals present at the Presentation Centre on September 16th.
