Brad joined Fusion Homes after nearly 20 years with Wal-Mart, where he began his career while studying business. Driven by his passion for retail, he excelled in his role, eventually opening one of the first three Supercenters in Canada, progressively leading him into senior roles within the Wal-Mart administration, gaining experience across Canada and internationally. Brad has also brings key leadership skills from Harvard to the Fusion Homes management team.
With in-depth expertise in operations, logistics, strategy and culture, Brad oversees the operations of the Low Rise Construction teams and is responsible for optimizing our production schedules, bringing a new client-oriented perspective to the our processes.
