Project Coordinator – Your dedicated representative that will coordinate any service and maintenance tips after you move-in to make sure that you love your home.
Customer Satisfaction – We survey our homeowners thirty days and one year after living in their new home to help us evolve our customer experience, designs and processes.
PDI – Pre-Delivery Inspection. With Fusion Homes, you’ll get two. This allows you to see your homes progress as we approach your move-in date.
General Manager (GM) – The person managing the build of your home, and all of the homes in your neighbourhood.
