In a matter of just two years, Piccoli established Fusion Homes as a major player in both the Guelph and London, Ontario markets.\u00a0In March 2003, Piccoli bought out his partner and became the sole shareholder of Fusion Homes. Fast forward to today, and Fusion Homes has built thousands of homes across Southwestern Ontario in communities in Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo, London, and surrounding areas and continues to lead the industry in providing premier living environments. Celebrating Fusion Homes\u2019 20th year in 2019, Piccoli and the Fusion Homes team continue to pride themselves on the company\u2019s creation of vibrant communities and providing an elevated customer experience.<\/p>\n

Lee built Fusion Homes on a solid foundation of reliability, constant improvement, dedication and excellence. These values continue to be exemplified in all facets of the Fusion Homes experience. Piccoli attended the University of Guelph in the Bachelor of Commerce program with specialization in Economics. Ryan's passion lies in harmonizing our land acquisition strategy with capital allocation and borrowing strategies, igniting the creation of our exceptional communities and homes.<\/p>\n

Ryan graduated from the Business Administration program at Wilfrid Laurier University with a specialization in accounting and a minor in political science. Ryan is a CA and CPA and prior to joining Fusion, gained valuable experience at public accounting firms in Toronto and Hamilton, working with private businesses, assisting with audit and assurance needs, corporate tax, and strategic financial business advice.<\/p>\n

As a proud owner of a Fusion Home, Ryan offers unique insights into the home buying journey from a personal perspective. Brad joined Fusion Homes after nearly 20 years with Wal-Mart, where he began his career while studying business. Driven by his passion for retail, he excelled in his role, eventually opening one of the first three Supercenters in Canada, progressively leading him into senior roles within the Wal-Mart administration, gaining experience across Canada and internationally. Brad has also brings key leadership skills from Harvard to the Fusion Homes management team.<\/p>\n

With in-depth expertise in operations, logistics, strategy and culture, Brad oversees the operations of the Low Rise Construction teams and is responsible for optimizing our production schedules, bringing a new client-oriented perspective to the our processes.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining Fusion Homes, Adam spent two decades at PepsiCo Canada in progressive senior leadership roles across marketing and sales strategy. During this time, he led national brands, large-scale innovation initiatives, and cross-functional teams, earning recognition for marketing excellence, inclusive leadership, and team development.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Adam holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University, where he built a strong foundation in business strategy, consumer behaviour, and analytical thinking that continues to inform his approach to marketing leadership.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

In his role as Director of Construction & Customer Care, Adam oversees Fusion\u2019s low-rise construction division and supervises the quality control teams for our stacked and high-rise divisions and also oversees our Customer Care team after the home closes. With an unwavering commitment to prioritizing customer experience, Adam focuses on delivering homes that are high quality, free of deficiencies and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the entire build process and after the home closes<\/span>. He is passionate about coaching his team to consistently raise the bar when it comes to quality and customer service and is always dedicated to ensuring a safe work environment and engaging employee experience for our team members each and every day.<\/p>\n
With over 20 years of residential construction experience, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge in custom fine furniture, carpentry, renovations, and comprehensive home construction. Adam gained invaluable insights into every aspect of the build process, transitioning seamlessly from trade work to Site Supervisor responsibilities and ultimately delivering top-notch finished products to satisfied customers.<\/p>\n

Raised in a real estate family, Jennifer developed an early passion for the industry and obtained her Ontario Real Estate License in 2003. She has spent her career in new home development, working with multiple builders before joining Fusion Homes. Over the years, she has been directly involved in the sale of thousands of homes across multiple cities, bringing deep market knowledge and practical insight to her leadership role today.<\/p>\n
Jennifer is deeply passionate about real estate, design, customer experience, process optimization, and strategic growth. She is equally committed to developing and empowering her team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Having embarked on his journey with Fusion Homes as the Site Personnel within the construction division in 2014, Josh has impressively worked his way up through his dedication and exceptional work ethic. Josh was instrumental in assisting with outsourcing the builds of our stacked townhomes and is a prime example of our value \u201cOwn your Growth\u201d as he consistently challenges himself to learn new tasks and skills, going above and beyond the scope of his role.<\/p>\n
In his current role, Josh oversees the Project Management team, which is responsible for the outsourcing of all our midrise and high-rise projects, as well as all our subdivision approvals, rezoning approvals and site plan approvals. Under Josh's leadership, the Project Management team has flourished, attaining new heights of proficiency and effectiveness in overseeing Fusion Homes' diverse portfolio of projects.<\/p>\n

Over the years he has successfully implemented strategic Business, Technology and Data Management initiatives supporting Finance & Accounting, Procurement & Supply Chain, Compliance & Risk Management, and Real Estate & Construction.<\/p>\n
