Adam Day, Vice President of Marketing & Strategy at Fusion Homes, brings over 20 years of consumer-centric marketing leadership experience across some of Canada’s most recognized brands. Throughout his career, Adam has built and led high-performing teams, delivered growth-focused strategies, and created marketing programs that strengthen the connection between brands and the people they serve. These efforts have led to being recognized both locally & internationally for his campaigns, including a Cannes Gold Lion for his work on Tropicana.
In his role at Fusion Homes, Adam leads the company’s marketing vision, overseeing brand strategy, communications, and customer engagement. He plays a key role in aligning Fusion’s brand with its long-term business objectives, ensuring the customer experience reflects the quality, care, and intention behind every home and community Fusion builds. Adam is especially passionate about people leadership and creating clarity and focus across teams to drive strong execution.
Prior to joining Fusion Homes, Adam spent two decades at PepsiCo Canada in progressive senior leadership roles across marketing and sales strategy. During this time, he led national brands, large-scale innovation initiatives, and cross-functional teams, earning recognition for marketing excellence, inclusive leadership, and team development.
Adam holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University, where he built a strong foundation in business strategy, consumer behaviour, and analytical thinking that continues to inform his approach to marketing leadership.
Outside of work, Adam values time with his wife Megan & their 2 kids, Maddie & Raina, spending most of their time coaching & cheering on their kids as they compete in hockey, baseball, soccer & basketball.
