Chloe, one of our Sales Professionals, guides you through our sales process and addresses some concerns you may have when starting the process. We’re here to ensure you love the journey.
KEY TERMS:
Sales Professional – Your guide through the entire journey. You’ll meet your Sales Professional when you visit our Presentation Centre, and they’ll be with you every step of the way.
Reservation – A refundable deposit that holds your lot for 1 week.
Agreement of Purchase and Sales (APS) – The paperwork that makes the dream real.
Deposit – The amount of the deposit may vary, but this commitment holds your lot before you write your Agreement of Purchase and Sale. If you decide to move forward, this deposit gets applied to the purchase of your home. If you change your mind the deposit will be refunded to you.
Firm – The paperwork is signed and all of the conditions are waived. Now we start building your home.
