In 1999, at the age of 24, Lee saw a booming residential housing industry and quickly identified a critical gap in the market: the need for a builder that paired homes of the highest quality with an unwavering commitment to superior customer service.
In a matter of just two years, Piccoli established Fusion Homes as a major player in both the Guelph and London, Ontario markets. In March 2003, Piccoli bought out his partner and became the sole shareholder of Fusion Homes. Fast forward to today, and Fusion Homes has built thousands of homes across Southwestern Ontario in communities in Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo, London, and surrounding areas and continues to lead the industry in providing premier living environments. Celebrating Fusion Homes’ 20th year in 2019, Piccoli and the Fusion Homes team continue to pride themselves on the company’s creation of vibrant communities and providing an elevated customer experience.
Lee built Fusion Homes on a solid foundation of reliability, constant improvement, dedication and excellence. These values continue to be exemplified in all facets of the Fusion Homes experience. Piccoli has led Fusion Homes to being named a Platinum Level Aon Best Small & Medium Employer, a 3-time GROWTH 500 fastest growing companies in Canada, and ranked #1 in Customer Service in Ontario by Harris/Decima and the Tarion Warranty Corporation an unprecedented six times.
Piccoli attended the University of Guelph in the Bachelor of Commerce program with specialization in Economics. In addition to his business endeavours, Piccoli enjoys travelling and unique experiences, sports, food & wine, and spending time with his children, Ava and Giacomo.
