Our model home located at 43 Everton Drive in Guelph will open at 12pm noon for the release. At the release, we will be reserving lots on a first-come, first-served basis and booking your next appointment to complete an Agreement of Purchase and Sale.
Please read the list of Rules and Regulations below to ensure you have the required materials to complete your reservation on the release weekend.
We recommend that you have your primary choice of lot, as well as a back-up ready, in case your first choice was selected by someone else.
Due to the limited number of lots, please note that if you are unable to get a lot in this release, we will still collect your contact information in order of arrival. If a lot does become available after the release, our Sales Professionals will be referring back to the sign-up list generated from individuals present at the Presentation Center on March 25th.
