Taking Action: Buying a New Home During a Pandemic
At Fusion Homes, we recognize that buying a new home during the COVID-19 pandemic may seem daunting, but we have taken steps to not only keep you safe, but to allow you to complete the entire home purchase from the comfort of your own home.
We’ve taken our sales experience and made it virtual! If you register to receive information about a community online, your Sales Professional will reach out to you to arrange a video or telephone call to answer any questions that you may have. Once you’ve decided on the right home and lot for you, your Sales Professional will schedule an appointment to either reserve your lot or to write an Agreement of Purchase and Sale. We have created digital legal documents using DocuSign and we have even simplified the deposit process so that you can send your deposit electronically. No trips to the bank and no visits to our presentation centres!
If you’re more comfortable to supply a cheque or meet with your Sales Professional in-person, those options are still available, however our presentation centres are open by appointment only. Prior to your appointment, your Sales Professional will ask you some initial health screening questions. When you arrive at the presentation centre, there are specific places where you will be asked to stand in order to limit your contact with surfaces and to keep a safe physical distance from your Sales Professional.
Touring our model homes is currently prohibited to limit the potential exposure of the coronavirus on surfaces throughout the model home. Any scheduled visits will be limited to the presentation centre or décor centre. However, many of our model homes have video tours available on our website for your convenience.
We appreciate you recognizing the unique circumstances we are currently in and want to assure you our promise to you remains the same – we want you to Love the Journey (virtually or in-person)!
