The Versailles – 3,950 Sq. Ft.

The Versailles is Solterra’s largest two storey model, with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. As its name indicates, The Versailles is the most prestigious of the available options. The master bedroom comes paired with a luxury ensuite and walk-in dressing room—and even some of the other bedrooms have ensuites included. View a floorplan for further details:

The Belvoir – 3,550 Sq. Ft.

The Belvoir’s name highlights a feature of the whole Insignia Series: great natural lighting. Solterra’s second largest two storey model includes 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, with a central staircase, spacious kitchen and a great room on the main floor. View a floorplan for further details:

The Chambord – 3,200 Sq. Ft.

The Chambord is the middle child of the high-end Insignia Series. This model also comes with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, featuring an open front foyer and curving stairwell. The Rosemont – 2,900 Sq. Ft.

The Rosemont includes 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. This model features a spacious family room on the second floor and a large ensuite for the master bedroom. The Lasalle – 2,500 Sq. Ft.

The final member of the Insignia Series, The Lasalle, includes 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, offering plenty of space for your family.
